Training Aids: Cameras on Rifles, Yes? No?

Does anyone use a camera mounted on a rifle as a self-critique trainin aid?

While looking for a camera mount the below item came up. Does anyone use/has anyone used anything similar? Any benefits?

Would it be better to mount it under the barrel on the gas block or one of the side rails?
