He is now requesting me to call him in lieu of posting or e-mailing back. I'm not going to post his phone number for all to see. I just e-mailed him back requesting for him to just post his answers for fear of hearsay. We shall see...
Mr. Golden, if you are reading this please feel free to create an account and post away! ThanksLast edited by TexJohn; 4/05/2012 4:23pm at .

Alright, Mr. Golden is now incoherently saying that I am a perpetrator of slander and seems a bit upset by the whole thing. I advised him what slander is, and how what we are doing is an investigation. Here's a transcript:

There is no slander intended in anything that we are doing. You portray yourself as a trainer of law enforcement and military. Those institutions have to have accountability for those who train them. By accountability, I mean they have to be certified to train the topics that they do. There is no slander if the sole intent is to question what YOU purported to be fact on a public outlet, such as a website. You claimed over 700 wins and 10 (or so) black belts. How do you not expect to be questioned. You claimed to be a world champion, however you do not provide any association. We simply stated that we feel your claims are fairly extraordinary and feel that they need to be explained. I mean Rickson Gracie only claims 400 victories, and if you were to ask him he would quickly provide you with a lineage.
Our inquiry are not slanderous in nature due to the fact that it is not with malicious intent, it is simply an investigation based on YOUR claims.
Thank you for your quick response. -

Here is the government contract we are referring to:Okay, I guess you don't understand how a forum system works. Anyone with a password can post as they see fit, I am just one person of many that is skeptical of your credentials. I can not help what others write on the forum. As I said before, you have to have thick skin on bullshido! About the slander thing, I simply speak of what the legal definition of slander is. Furthermore, I have not questioned your military credentials, I am sure that you served in the military and probably did a good job. It is simply difficult for me to believe that you can study martial arts since 1974 and have 10 black belts and be so attuned at so many law enforcement skills and military skills to teach professionals to do their job better and still find time to judge martial arts and boxing and create such an incredible record. Case in point, take Tony Blauer, he has made a career at doing one thing and that is police and military hand to hand combatives. He does not claim to be an expert at 50 different things. When asked about his credentials, he freely gives them to anyone who asks, due to the fact that he has nothing to hide. Is his system perfect? No, but he is a professional and that's how professionals act.
Back on point, I do not doubt that you have received accolades about your training, however the question remains; what qualifies you to conduct such training? I read your government contract, which is available on-line (by the way) and I know that you have a security training company that's contract expires in 2013, however the question remains; what qualifies you to conduct such training? George Dillman purported himself to thousands as a master of so many things and yet he was proven a fraud. Frank Dux trained military and law enforcement based on his false claims. The list is endless. Yet if you go onto their websites, they will have accolades and thank you letters from dignitaries and others for all that they have done.
If you are, indeed, the martial artist you claim that you are, then why not shove in my face your verifiable lineage on all of the belts you possess, verifiable proof of your fighting career and the curriculum for the law enforcement and military classes you taught? If you produce the requested items, I will be the very first to admit that we were wrong in believing you are not what you claim to be and we will publicly apologize.

Okay, Mr. Golden has been clearing some stuff up for us. He stated that he did not earn 10 black belts. This was merely a student building his website that did not know what they were doing. Furthermore, he stated that he does possess black belts in the following arts:
Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwan Do, and Judo. He stated that he has extensive training in Kung Fu Ninjutsu and Ju Jitsu, but he does not have a black belt in these arts. Mr. Golden is preparing to go overseas for several weeks, starting this weekend. He said that he will scan all of his certs and creds on the 20th and send them to me.
I questioned him specifically on his Judo claim. He stated that he was introduced to Judo by his cousin at Trenton College. He practiced two nights a week at "N.J. Judo Club." He received his black belt in Judo from "Miguel Holdrige and C Hamilton Robinson" and the association that he belongs to is the "Institute of Certified Martial Artist." I have the transcripts if I need to post them.
Regarding his military career, he stated that he is now 100% disabled due to a 40' fall that he sustained while in the military. He said that he will send his military stuff on the 20th also. -

No sir, not as of yet. He just refers to his military experience. He sent me quite a few photographs, I'm just trying to figure out how to put them on here. They appear to be certificates for black belts.
Here is a transcript from the last set of discussions:
He was upset because I don't have a fax number. My responseUN believable you open a door of negativity for more Na Sayers to
criticism then you expect some one you accuse of bull **** to do all
the leg work so now i am expected to scan all this info to send to
you by email to please your audience (you are a trip)
Then he retracted and asked me why I was mad and eventually he sent me a mountain of scanned certificates and letters from dignitaries thanking him for his classes. It's going to take me a while to sort this **** out. If someone can walk me through how to put the scanned images on this thread, that would be awesome!!Listen bud, I am sorry that you feel offended and I am equally sorry
that I don't have a fax machine and the fact that I do not believe your claims.
I don't EXPECT you to do a damn thing. The only thing that I EXPECT is a
mountain of bullshit, with little evidence. You already did the leg work
when you started posting your extravagant claims online for the world to
critique. I find it extremely odd that you claim so much and yet there
is so little about you online. To be quite honest bullshido.net is not the
first place that has questioned your credentials, it is simply one that has
members that will nut up and call people on their questionable claims.
Let's start with something easy...
Who is your Judo black belt through and what Judo association do you
belong to?Last edited by TexJohn; 4/06/2012 12:07pm at .

Okay...
From the documents provided by Mr. Golden, it shows that he received his 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do from the HWA Rang School of Martial Arts in Delran, NJ. His continuing education hours show "6 hours weekly x 48 weeks x 14 years = 4032 total hours." It is signed by a notary "C Hamilton Robinson" on March 20, 1994. Just a side note the "official seal" on the document is dated 1993 for the state of Delaware. The document is titled "Institute of Certified Martial Artist."
The other (Judo Certificate) is the same as the other one, on the same color paper and font. It is signed by "C Hamilton Robinson" on June 10, 1990. It states that he is a 1st degree Black Belt in the Japanese art of Judo. It shows his school was Trenton State College Judo Club in Trenton N.J.. His continuing education section shows "4 hours weekly x 48 weeks x 4 years = 768 total hours. This one bears a seal of "C Hamilton Robinson Notary."
I can not find much for C Hamilton Robinson and absolutely nothing for Miguel Holdrige, on line at least.
