I don't have enough room at my house to get a benchpress and squat rack I was wondering if there was any other kind of workout I could use them for? Otherwise I'll just see if I can get money for em.

Do you have enough room for squat stands? Otherwise, you would just be doing a routine based around deadlifts and the clean and press, and even then you'd want more weight pretty quickly.

There is really no room in my basement And even worse the ceiling is way to low on my basement for military presses I guess I'll just buy weights and save money for a squat rack and a bench press for when I get a big place it's a worthy invesment

Yes, a home gym is a very worthy investment.

I'm stuck using my 'home gym' for the next few weeks as its the Christmas holidays again.
I've had to replace squats with zercher squats, which I've not had much experience with. Should be fun.

I'm considering selling these so I can buy a decent dumbbell set. I could do a lot more with the limited space with dumbbells. I also have a weight vest I use for body weight workouts.
I should be able to construct two good workout plans I can alternate for awhile with those.
I also have a standing bag which I was holding on to until I moved out. but It looks like that won't be for awhile. So i'll sell that also. I can probably get around 200 bucks for everything
