    Hell yeah! Hell no!
He hasn't submitted anybody in years?

    1. He's fought 4 times in 6 years.
    2. Frank Shamrock submitted somebody. A low D level fighter.

    Has his wrestling improved?

    1. Pride Grand prix compared to the Yoshida fight.
    2. For stand up do the same.

His striking can only get better?

Duh, that's my point, he saw his weakness and improved. He's throwing something other than the push kick. He's punching with decent combos. Hell I even saw him not go down when it would've been easy to play the guard game.

    Competition has gotten better?
Of course it has and in my opinion he's been able to keep up. The problem is his dedication to do this full time to properly gear himself to today's competition level. I see him as definitely the top 10 of his weight category and in the top echilon for pound for pound. Now you can't see that, great that's your opinion this is mine. Stop trying to get the last word in and drop it.

How did his wrestling improve in the Yoshida fight? Out of the three times it went to the ground, he pulled guard twice, and got knocked down with a punch once (and then proceeded to pull guard).

You know, I am fucking pissed Royce even agreed to the fight with a time limit.
He should have staid firm with Pride. As it was I would have given Yoshida the first round and him the second.
I think more than anything else his conditioning has improved. He looked really fucking ripped for a Gracie.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

Silva would lay the beating down like he does with everybody else.
