    Hell yeah! Hell no!

GSP says no Strength and Conditioning. Should you?

GSP says he does not do any S & C. Should you?

He had his own guys on TUF doing snatches. So yeah you probably should. Unless you're a GSP clone or something

Well considering GSP isn't known for his insane strength, KO power or general ability to finish fights I would suggest that Strength and Conditioning are definitely something we should all be doing.

GSP wins because of his good all round skillset and strategies, courtesy of Greg Jackson, not because of his crushing KO power.
"The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". - Cus D'Amato

This. If you post another link like this with no actual discussion, your posts will be moved.

Well maybe its because he spends the time he would otherwise be working on strength and conditions and devoting them to those winning skills. Maybe perhaps this means the skills are more valuable then str and con? I certainly don't know.

If you're as fit at GSP, don't have a gameplan that relies on being a beast, and work hard enough in your training to stay really fit... Then you don't need S & C.

But you need to know Judo.

When you are a pro with all day to train, your regimen is going to go off the standards for a normal person, obviously

Go to youtube, search GSP workout! Then realize how dumb this thread is.
