If all else fails, just say it's a reaction to something you ate.
Don't mention that it was a knee."Never trust a quote you read on the internet" - Abraham Lincoln

Considerately, fat girls have feelings too.

I would suggest getting beaten with fists and knees to the surrounding areas so your lip will appear more normal.

Diesel trucks move more freight, and I appreciate what they ah, bring to the table.
I just prefer something a bit more compact and sporty. With an accent.
Then again, I've never taken a diesel out for a spin."Never trust a quote you read on the internet" - Abraham Lincoln

You should be able to treat it like any hematoma - that is by cooling the site, reducing heavy movements and by applying creme (for example with hirudin as an active component - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11863317 or containing diclofenac...)
I have also heard of cremes containing heparin and ananas enzymes though i do not know if the effects were studied as well.
Of course do not take hirudin if you have any issues with your blood coagulation, given that you indulge in MA i rather guess you do not have any.
hope that helps
