I guess 25 yards should be pretty doable, even at an indoor range.

The way the Army zeroes is like this:
25m away get in the prone supported.
Fire 6 rounds aim center.
Check target. Mark the holes.
Make adjustments.
Fire 3 rounds. Mark the holes.
Make adjustments.
...and so on and so on...
Until you get 5 out of 6 consecutive rounds in the circle.
Now...people will disagree with the specifics blah blah blah but generally that is how it goes.
I zeroed my dads Eotech in 12 rounds using this method less than a month ago. It really doesn't matter what kind of sights you are using. The basics are the same. ACOGS should be re-zeroed at 100m. -

Style: Arnis/Kenpo hybrid--
I use this one for a 50yd zero. I prefer the 50 yd zero....only a couple inch diff between point blank and 200 yds. After that it starts to drop off pretty good, but I hardly ever shoot past that anyway.
