I am getting sick and fucking tired of seeing this ****. It is just fucking sickening and it annoys me that something I love seems to attract this kind of bullshit.

I don't know if it is more "interesting" for these stories to be written about instructors or what...but here is two more:

A former martial arts instructor from Balch Springs has pled guilty to one count of production of child pornography.

Larry Pike, 40, has been in federal custody since his arrest in August on related federal charges. If the court accepts the plea, Pike faces 20 years in prison.

A 43-year-old martial arts instructor has been charged with inappropriate conduct with a 14-year-old girl from Boothwyn.

Thomas G. St. Joseph, of Wilmington, Del., is charged with unlawful imprisonment and offensive touching in connection with the alleged incident that took place around 10 p.m. Nov. 10.

yeah yeah, I know.....innocent until proven guilty....if guilty they will get theres from Bubba and all that **** but seriously:

If it happened, the kids will never be the same. They will be irreparably harmed for life.

As a parent, you have a responsibility to make sure your kids are never in that position.

As an adult, you never allow yourself to be in that position.

Police: Martial arts instructor touched student, 14

A Wilmington martial arts instructor faces charges of offensive touching and unlawful imprisonment after he allegedly touched a female student inappropriately, state police said.

The incident allegedly happened on Nov. 10 at about 10 p.m., when the 14-year-old student was finishing her training at the Martial Arts Training Center at 3100 Silverside Road in Talleyville, said state police spokeman Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale.

Thomas G. St. Joseph, 43, the girl's instructor and the owner of the center, allegedly cornered the girl in a rear office area and "made contact with the victim that caused her alarm," Hale said.

The girl then pushed St. Joseph away and demanded that he take her home.

He drove her to her house, and the girl reported the incident to her parents; however, the incident was not reported to police until Nov. 18, Hale said.

St. Joseph turned himself in on Nov. 29 and was released on $2,000 unsecured bail.

From the Dallas News article, something I want to highlight:

Authorities said Pike contacted two women after the execution of the search warrant at his residence and told one of them if she was contacted by police to say that she was 18 years old, and he told the other woman that she “did not need to be talking to anyone.” One of the women told agents that, while she was still a minor, she saw images of child pornography on Pike’s computer and recognized some of the victims to be students from Pike’s martial arts class.

Yes this **** is sad. You can do everything 100% correctly and **** like this can still happen.

The two articles are worlds apart.
The Dallas guy actually HAD child porn, BUT the guy in Delaware is accused of allegedly touching the girl in a way that made her feel uncomfortable.
There's NO mention of anything sexual. If there was ANY implication of anything sexual it would be in the charges. Did anyone actually READ the article?
After the ALLEGED incident the kid had the guy DRIVE her home! She couldn't have felt THAT threatened. The parents then wait 8 days before reporting AND the judge gave him UNSECURED bail [means he didn't have to pay anything] which tells me the judge didn't think this guy was so bad.
REMEMBER, this is a teenage girl. Maybe she was just pissed off about not getting something she wanted. Too many holes in the story.

As a parent and a victim of sexual molestation as a young girl, I can tell you without hesitation: You get as far away from the perp as possible as quickly as possible. It affects your interactions with people until you find the right kind of therapy to heal from the incident. Your parents can't protect you. They send you to learn martial arts so that you can protect yourself.

I hope this guy doesn't suffer too much from this strange accusation.
