    That 410 video you actually looked stronger or your squats looked smoother coming up than in the 400. That's pretty cool.

    Do you think flat water shoes would be as effect as a hard flat sole? Is it more important it's thin and flat or does it also need to be hard?

    Water shoes lack the tough canvas sides to push off against that you would find in Chuck Taylors, which would make them less than ideal, but they could work.
