Big Three: AK47, AR15, H+K SMG
Saw this today, and was hoping you guys could verify the accuracy of the information presented. It's pretty neat and helpful to anyone who might be animating guns if it's legit. He covers the history and some details of the design, then animated bits on firing, aiming, and reloading. How does it all check out?

It's pretty good.
The technical stuff is basic but accurate.
I've had no experience with the HK, but his AR15 is fine.
And from my limited esp with the AK, that seems true as well.

The sights on the HK were unlike any I have seen. The rear drum typically has holes of varying size, not a notch like what was illustrated. The mechanics of loading and charging looked pretty accurate though.

I have shot all 3 of these weapons in the past(some very distant past) and I do not see any glaring inaccuracies. The site on the MP5 I have seen but I don't think it is the standard. All and all pretty decent but basic information on them.

IIRC, the original CETME had those notch sights. Those peepers were one of HK's genuine improvements on the design.
