Hmmm, one of the trainee instructors listed for Brisbane, Nick Lovison, competed in the 2011 QBJJC heat 2 BJJ comp at 91kg in beginner no-gi. He's listed as being a brown belt in seikukan karate-do and a member of the (JJJ) 2013 Australian Jujitsu team, being forced to retire from the grappling division due to injury.
He's also a fitness instructor at Martial Arts Queensland (whom he competed under at QBJJC). Wonder if he found a better gig than RCI?

See, that's how bullshido works. In Shaolin-Do, when I started, almost ALL of the instructors had prior training. Hell, I had prior training before I started. So, you get people to buy your bullshit, they correct Luke's flaws and suddenly he is an awesome instructor.

You go for any of that ankle crap and your going to be choked unconscious in less than 10 seconds. This is where experience comes in. In addition, I love how Luke is giving firearms seminars when he's never actually carried a firearm in any professional capacity or ever fired a shot in anger. In addition, since luke lives in countries where guns are illegal he really only gets to shoot while he's in America. Just from the stand point of practice your average gun owning American has million times more hours on the gun. So luke at best would be considered a novice level shooter.
