Less reps, higher weight. Looks like an endurance routine right now, instead of a hypertrophy inducing routine. You could stand to gain more weight; I'm an inch taller than you, and 30 lbs more. This is due to higher calorie intake (about 200-300 calories more than daily maintenance so I don't lose sight of my abs) and lifting heavy with fewer reps.
