I'm doing Muay Thai for 30 Euros per month (Theoretically, you can train 7 times a week). Wataaaa.

Actually, with the dollar/euro ratio... **** this economy

What I wouldn't give for a good Kyokushin place nearby. I supposedly live in an MMA mecca but all we have is BJJ and watered down MMA. No Boxing, no Muay Thai, no KK, and NO JUDO! Nothing is less than $120 here. Oh well. At least I'm not paying $225 a month for Krotty.

That sucks! Not to rub it in, but Seattle also has Judo (the oldest dojo in the country) for $20 per month.

If I can find good FMA for cheap I'm sure you can find something. San Diego has MMA (real), boxing, muay thai, kyokushin and Olympic level judo. In fact Lyoto Machida was training for his fight at Noguera's on Miramar Road.

Next you're gonna tell me Gene Lebell teaches there 6 months out of the year and right next door is an authentic Muay Thai place that spars full contact and charges $5 a month.

Seriously though, I would probably leave Gracie Barra right now if a Judo place opened up nearby at a normal Judo price.

No, that was at Black House Team Noguera I think. Black Tiger's cool though. I got to do some light sparring with one of their muay thai coaches (Kung) and he was very good and very relaxed (and he could beat me up even though he's small).

I cant figure out if this is a commentary on how schools are ridiculously expensive, or how people who want to train bjj so bad...like so bad, are unwilling or unable to make the monetary sacrifices.

In Worcester its $75/month at Worcester Judo
    $125/month at Serra/Simmler BJJ
    $145/month at Team Link BJJ

    This shits ridiculous.
