I was wondering around the web looking for the article I had once found that was the basis of X% of fights go to the ground and found this little nugget.

These guys have been watching too many Batman movies and one of them is going to die. They should just STFU and sign up to be volunteer firemen or go feed homeless people if they want to be heroes.

People need dramatic examples
to shake them out of apathy.
I can't do that as Bruce Wayne.

But as a symbol...as a symbol, I can be incorruptible.

I dont know I like the idea that these guys are doing somthing. But I just dont care if they get hurt doing it. ( I was brought up wrong)
They do appear on utube a bit and i have had a look at this before.(posted on trollshido about it)
Mostly they walk around being obvious and cause noise and movement when there is an issue. Which seems to work well as a deterent.

The Watchman has been profiled recently in a couple of local papers. Now, I'm basically a law-and-order guy and I encourage citizen involvement, but I also have enough schadenfreude in me that I hope with all my heart that I'm present when this fool gets pounded into a coma by a pack of drunks stumbling out of a Brady Street bar or shot in his smirking red-latex-covered face by some 16 year old gangbanger from Riverside high school.
