This isn't a double post...this thread got fucked by the servers, I think.
But really man, if you're just trying to gain weight, eat more. I think a pound is something like 3500 calories or so? If you're not caring whether its fat or muscle, if you just take in an extra 700 calories a day, you should put on the weight. If you're desperate, yeah, man up and drink the milk. It sucks sitting down and drinking like three or four glasses but it works. -
