How did this post get to the top of the topic?
I don't quite know how you're figuring a gallon of milk a day not being healthy for your body type. I managed just fine with it.
But, if 5 scoops gets you 2500 calories, and you want 1000, wouldn't simple math say you want 2 scoops then?"Emevas,

Oh very true I forgot to add a lot let me try again
Yes its a weight gainer, one of those 5000 calories per day thing. They say to put 5 scoops of it (I think a scoop is half a cup) into a gallon of milk (I use low fat). I can't do this for obvious reasons but would like to know how I could get 1,000 calories of this a day. The 5 scoops with water equal roughly 2,500 calories. -
