Ok then if Ian McShane swearing and cutting throats didn't do it for you:

    PAINT YOUR WAGON
    LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE
and DR QUINN, FUCKING MEDICINE WOMAN

When life gives you lemons... BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!!

"what's the best thing about aikido then?"
"To be defeated by your enemies, to be driven by them from the field of battle, and to hear the lamentations of your women." ermghoti

I'm not much of a movie guy, but I really liked 3:10 to Yuma when I saw it. One of the older guys at work was telling me that he preferred the original. I didn't even realize it was a remake. He was also complaining that there was no need to deviate from the ending in the original. Well about a year later I found the original black and white 3:10 to Yuma and there is no comparison. 3:10 to Yuma was one of the best remakes since Scarface. The biggest difference was that the characters were portrayed more realistically in the remake, but that might be because in 1957, realism wasn't expected to the degree that it is today.
