Heh - yeah, black eyes etc are less common than in something like boxing. However, you will still catch the odd accidental elbow or knee, which is why I always wear a gumshield when I roll.

Apologies for the late arrival on this, I've been a long time Bullshido fan, just never really got round to posting anything. Anyway, I would definitely be up for a Feb Throwdown. I'm from the West Mids (Staffordshire), so anywhere should be fine for me to travel to. I also have access to a venue if needed (would just need to double check with my coach).

Its looking like April/May assuming there are no other TD conflicts.

If my leg is working by then, sounds good to me. Unless it's around the 24th May, as that's my gf's birthday. Or early April, as that's mine.

Should in theory be ok for me, apart from Easter, I have not used my crappling skills for ages so would be good to put my gain side control+"what the **** do I do now?" skills to good use again.

How are we doing at rearranging the date for this throwdown?

As its been a while since I met up with any of the London bullies and I have never had the pleasure of rolling/sparring with any of them.
