I was wanting someone to help me with a workout routine for our newly started gym! The gym is a basic boxing gym but we have around 6 guys wanting to train for MMA and no trainer to set forth us a routine and would like to have someone in the game share his routine with us to get us jump started and on the right track! So if anyone wants to share their routine it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
Both if possible! Have had two amateur fights and want to be back by Feb and just need that routine to get us jump started
How much do you know about wrestling or corefit/crossfit style training(the throwing bags over your shoulder that sort of thing)
I dont know a whole lot but have a few other guys in the gym that may know but we have the dummy and equipment we need so shoot it out there and I will see if I know what it is you are talking about! Have a few wrestlers in the camp so they should know that aspect of training
The awesome thing about crossfit is that all their exercise routines are posted on their website. Anyone can do them and generally you can pick and choose depending on what you have available for equipment.

There are all the links you are likely to need for some time. Personally, I have rarrely needed anything more than what can be found there.
In fact, someone should make a sticky link directory. Would save most guys alot of time.
Also, I would reccommend Ross Enamait's infinite intensity. It is helping me steadily lose the 10kg that prevents me getting into my weight class.
