Okami is ALOT better these days than when he last fought Anderson. I can actually see him winning this one and getting a title shot.

Indeed. Okami has decent takedowns and a marked unwillingness to trade strikes. Marquardt will likely spend this one alternately pressed against the fence and on his back eating a steady stream of punches.

Second UFC in Germany; second time I miss.
Granted, I was more fired up about Wandy than I am about this one.

    Amir Sadollah vs Peter Sobotta

    It's important to them.

But yeah, these cards often entertain more than the title shot/PPV cards. I like watching the lesser known fighters; the highlight reels can be amazing.

I'm betting on Sadollah for fight of the night and Petruzelli for bizarre behavior / antic of the night.

    Nate Marquardt vs Yushin Okami
    Jorge Rivera vs Alessio Sakara
    Dennis Siver vs Andre Winner
    Amir Sadollah vs Peter Sobotta
    Krzysztof Soszynski vs Goran Reljic
    Kyle Noke v Rob Kimmons
    Vladimir Matyushenko vs Alexandre Ferreira
    Pascal Krauss vs Mark Scanlon
    Duane Ludwig vs Nick Osipczak
    Seth Petruzelli vs Karlos Vemola
Kris McCray vs Carlos Eduardo Rocha

The last few cards have had some lesser know guys who really bring it, to the point where they make some of the main card fighters look bad (Mir-Crocop). Looking forward to Nate dismatling Okami.

    Go Noke!

I think Marquardt is going to win, but I'm hoping Okami does.

Nate Marquardt vs Yushin Okami - Fight as expected, semi-boring technical match. Okami deserved the victory with his performance.
Jorge Rivera vs Alessio Sakara - So disappointed this didn't happen. Maybe in the future.
Dennis Siver vs Andre Winner - That came out of nowhere!
Amir Sadollah vs Peter Sobotta - See below.
Krzysztof Soszynski vs Goran Reljic - Expected Krzysztof (how to spell) to come out on top. Just a bit better stand up against a guy that doesn't have much else to offer in terms of dangerous finishes
Seth Petruzelli vs Karlos Vemola - Karlos is a monster! Just deadlifted one left of Seth and dumped him down.
Kris McCray vs Carlos Eduardo Rocha - Beautiful sub!
