    I wouldn't.

    Some Chinese dude two hundred years ago probably did. He probably didn't go all LARP and link them and spin around, though.

    They're probably pretty effective weapons if you don't use them in interpretive dance routines.

    Maybe so. The Spike TV clip shows how the "linking" technique could possibly surprise (briefly) the **** out of someone who thought they were out of range. Seems low-percentage to me though.

    Doesn't look too hard except for the inside edge of the hook, assuming you're good at sharpening. I've been working on a kris for a long time and that thing's a nightmare to sharpen.
