After seeing both TheRuss and Emevas pimping this routine out, I gave it a shot. Ab work was good, upper body was good, if tiring towards the end of the pushup pyramids. But I freaking crushed my legs to the point where sitting down and standing up for the next few days was a little difficult.
Basically, I love the workout, but should I be trying to do it three times a week like a normal routine, or do I make that the goal and do it once or twice until I stop crippling myself with the leg work?

Check out the FAQ on the site. It says to train it 2-3 times a week. Your legs will eventually adapt.
Are you without a gym presently? TFS isn't bad for the gymless, but I wouldn't make it a staple routine.

I don't really have time to train and lift, and training was the one I chose, so I'm functionally gymless. My home workout equipment basically consists of a 35 pound kettlebell, a jump rope, and a pullup bar.
