    Not to be nitpicky, but Rwanda example was backwards. The Tutsi were said to be the noble rulers who conquered the land thanks to their superior blood. After the Belgians left, The Hutu were able to get into power since there was simply more of them. At that point the narrative was re-written to say that the Tutsi were foreign invaders and needed to be gotten rid of.
