The problem with the first fight between Tank and Ferrozzo was that Tank received a knee injury in training. This made him come in overweight and also affected his punching. Ferrozzo had been training with Don Frye and was giving Tank too much trouble, so he pressed Ferrozzo up against the cage and held onto the fence for most of the fight. This fight was probably one of the reasons why fence-grabbing was outlawed.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw it. I actually hadn't watched the early UFCs until about 3 years ago when I bought 1-20.

According to Sherdog, Shamrock is supposed to fight Mike Bourke in KOTC on November 25. The event will be held in Africa.
Bourke lost to Tank Abbott last year, and also lost to Alexander Otsuka in Pride. He was supposed to be Kimbo's opponent in his professional debut, but was replaced by Bo Cantrell.

This is going down tonight. If Bourke beats Shamrock, Tank Abbott is going to be a happy man.

By the looks of it, Shamrock is really going to need to retire. Being that I was rooting for Bourke, however, I'm pretty happy. YAY BOURKE!!!
