forward landing right roundhouse to a left cross lands more often than not for me. imo its better than throwing jabs mid combo

I'm in gassed and my leas arm is knackered from jabbing (I love teh jab) intend to switch defensively for a bit to let my arms recover but otherwise rarely switch.

Just remember switching stances in kicking range outside of point fighting is asking to get put on your ass.

O RLY? Do tell. Note the part about in kicking range. Seriously, I'm curious what footwork you'd prescribe to avoid the dreaded crossed leg cut kick of doom.

I, of course, am merely trolling. I don't think you should switch stances in kicking range even if it's point sparring.

if you find me a good fighter who switches stances, let me know.

until then, dont do it. stick to one. when you switch stance you might think you are confusing the opponent, but really, you end up just confusing yourself. unless you are THAT much better than the guy you are fighting... and in that case it wouldnt fucking matter.

For the record I'm a big fan on switching conservatively. Most of the time pick a side and stick to it.

If you are a really good fighter, then you can switch stances. But don't overuse it. If you switch stances for the same purpose, your opponent will probably catch on and then you're **** out of luck.
