Also realize that gymnasts use a lot of momentum and body motion in addition to the strength.

I second the concept of keep doing negatives, and also dropping down to 170 will help quite a bit as well.
I currently work a strength routine that involves adding a 16lbs weight vest to my 165-170lbs body weight for a 5x5 with pullups, so thats a 186lbs 5x5, not quite 90lbs but i'll be there soon. For my routine I basically work all the major groups with a push and pull exercise for a 5x5, it sucks but takes less time which works great with my current schedule.

I am trying to do the exact same thing at the moment I am doing what this guy is doing YouTube - Basic Parkour Progression: Wall-Climb and its working so far I think havent tried it yet but my chest muscles are certainly more defined and if you need some inspiration check out these Chechen dudes aceing the pull up and over YouTube - Chechen Mujahideen Training 2007 (skip to 0:25 to avoid the intro). All the best

I weigh 245 right now and can do at least 5. At 190 I could do 15 or more pullups. It's just a matter of practice.
