Indian and Polynesian food is killer. There's a place in the Valley (Silicon) called Banana Leaf... damn... you just don't get that stuff out here in the Midwest.

LOL im lucky i live on indian-subcontinent food !!!!!
However indian food is not that healthy.In the UK indian-subcontinent ppl have the highest rate of heart disease and cholestorel,stomach ulcers etc But then again these ppl eat it everyday!!!

An indian girl once told me that one of the reason's indian food is so heavy is to make you sleepy, so that you'll take a nap during the hot-ass afternoon.
The in-India indian food is probalby more often vegetarian, and I'm willing to bet they rarely eat beef. Is it possible that coming from a no or low meat diet to one where meat is readily availble could account for the higher incidence of heart disease amongst Indian people in the UK?
