Anybody tried out ElasticSteel?
Since ElasticSteel adverstises on this site I was wondering if anyone tried out their stuff? I watched a few of the vids and he seems to know his stuff, though they don't look professionally shot. There are mixed reports on Amazon, people either love it or think it's worthless. Personally, I have my front splits in order, and it seems a bit expensive with only 8 more inches to drop in my side split.
I have. Paul Zaichik is great. I went from only having 25 inches between my knees when I do a full straddle to being just 7 inches away from a full split (now) in just 3-4 months of doing it. Plus I was able to put my leg behind my head after 3 months of following his programs.
Split Specific Strength and Flexibility
Grappler Specific Training
Note, you have to religiously follow his program for it to work.

First : just because Google sticks an add on the top of the page it doesn't mean we know/care/support/agree about/with the advertiser.
Second: Why the hell do you want to put your leg behind your head or do a full split?
Third: Do Yoga if you want to stretch for half an hour or an hour.

I personally enjoy his DVD's and his youtube channel. I don't think he posted there lately, but his tips are very helpful.
Metaphor, my friend.

edit: The whole "leg behind the head" thing was just a sort of measure of the amount of flexibility I was able to get. Kinda hard to explain degree of flexibility on a forum.
