No picks, but this looks like a painfully good card. How do their ratings keep dropping? It doesn't make a lick of sense.

Haha ratings, I should make the effort to watch all these WECs, certainly worth the time and money over the last few UFC cards.

Also, Jason Reinhard is out. Pablo Garza is in. Apparently because

Reinhardt’s brother and public relations agent, Justin, also confirmed his brother’s withdrawal, verifying that it was due to concerns over his eyesight.

“We were informed Thursday by the WEC that Jason's contact lens prescription was too heavy,” said Justin. “The State of Colorado does not allow a fighter to wear contact lenses in competition and therefore would not pass Jason to fight without his contacts. He has fought 11 years including UFC 78 with his contacts.”

    - Leonard Garcia vs. Mark Hominick
    - Chan Sung Jung vs. George Roop - not that i'm going anti-korean zombie, but i think roop showed his heart by going down two weight classes (from natural 155 to 135) rather than not fight, even if he lost a decision.
    - Mike Thomas Brown vs. Cole Province
    - Ed Ratcliff vs. Chris Horodecki
    - Chad George vs. Antonio Banuelos - interesting because both of them are not just coming off losses, but losses to Scott Jorgensen

I am marvelled how it seems noone gave a **** about this card.

Entertaining, fast-paced MMA for your money.

The last UFC card that was equally well rounded must have been UFC 115,
and that was back in June.

    Spoiler:
As to the show itself, I think Jose Aldo is the single best fighter I have ever seen. The future of MMA.
Many idiots are going to speculate about him moving up in weight classes now, but I he still has more than enough excellent competition out there at 145.
Wagnney Fabiano, or Mark Homminick are likely future pairings, but I personally think a rematch with Mike Brown, or - talk about the sky falling down - a match against one of the top FWs from Japanese promotions, like Bibiano Fernandes or Marlon Sandro would be equally promising.

Good grief, I am a cynic and a meanie, but the way this Aldo kid fights warms my heart.

It was a really good card.
    Good fights all round.

I was particularly excited for the Varner-Cerrone fight, because their 1st fight was an incredible 5 round war, so I was excited to see this one.
They sure delivered, but cerrone is an animal, that was a good fight.

Well, if he himself considers it, it's obviously something else than some fanbloggers asking for this pretty much since he took the title from Brown.

Also, talking the jump and making the jump are two different things.
I mean, what else should he answer?
"No, I'm sorry, Gray Maynard is so ugly I'm afraid of him"?!
