I'm not so sure. Yes, you're right he did stand to gain a lot... I think he's always been a bit vulnerable to submissions... and I guess he wasn't really honest about being choked out by newton in their first match up (he's very clearly heard saying to team militech, 'I was out' after the bout).
But at least that does show he's submittable... so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, and lets not take anything away from BJ, I don't think hughes had faced a submission fighter as good as BJ before. Lets see what happens in the rematch if and when it happens. -
