I imagine you're referring to the 'lost tenth kata' the Go no Kata.
There's an excellent article series on it here:

http://1423.isl-science.com/fulltxt.php?ICID=878158

If those links don't work then follow this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then just click close window on the pop up that appears and you'll be through to the content.

Might possibly be Joshi Goshin Ho? Found some stuff at judoinfo.com: http://judoinfo.com/goshinho.htm
There seems to be some threads discussing it in the Kata section of judoforum.com too.
Hope you find what you're after!
Regards,
Lars
I see judoka_uk beat me to it, and with a quite likely better answer :-)Last edited by LarsCG; 9/20/2010 11:55am at . Reason: ...too slow

Lol can't go wrong with press ups.
Apparently this is what the Go no kata looks like:
Dailymotion - Go no kata kodokan - une vidéo Art et Création@@AMEPARAM@@http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/video@@AMEPARAM@@video
Now reading the Judoforum kata section there seems to be considerable controversy over filiming this kata to such an extent where the leading Japanese expert, Toshiyasu Ochiai -name presented in the Western format, refuses to allow himself to be filmed teaching or performing it.
However, there exists an instructional book with a dvd teaching and demonstrating the Kata by Ochiai done in German. Avaliable from this online retailer, for a very reasonable €13, so if you wanted to make a gift of it to your sensei you wouldn't need to break the bank.

Is that by Chris De Korte and Jan Muilwijk? Because apparently their Go no kata is a nonsense that they made up and has very little to do with the genuine Kodokan Go no kata.
The only Western language instructional of which, is the Ochiai book/dvd in German. Ochiai can apparently dircetly trace his Go no kata lineage to Kano, and is recognised as the guardian of the Kata by the Kodokan, whereas De Korte and Milwijk, well if the people on Judoforum are to be believed don't have any claim of lineage on the kata.
There's also a man called Parulski who's also apparently peddaling a fraudulent Go no kata. -
