I've been using a David Swenson DVD and Practice manual for a while now.. Its worked fine for me, and most of the time now I can rely on just using the book to remember poses.
"The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". - Cus D'Amato

I've done the Yoga portion of P90X. Its like over an hour long...longest video i the program, I think. No idea if its good though. My dojo was going to have a Saturday Yoga clinic/seminar, and I was going to attend - making it my first real Yoga class - but that fell through for some reason.

Yoga DVD's
My favourite yoga dvd's are those by Mark Blanchard, who teaches Power Yoga also known as Astanga Vinyasa Yoga. I have the trilogy, The Sedona Experience and his latest True Power Yoga. His type of yoga is very good in combination with any athletic pursuit. A lot of moving, a lot of stretching and loads of very difficult postures that may take you years to master (which keeps the workouts challenging). Shiva Rea's DVD's are also great. Yoga Shakti is a great one and let's you customize your workouts, she has a few other that are dance oriented but I'm not familiair with those.
