AKA, I have no fucking idea, but are you sure it's not a bite/sting of some sort? How big are the bumps, and how wide is the circle? More info and I'll see what i can find out (my uber-boss is a Professor in infectious diseases) -

Yeah, I picked up some anti-fungal earlier today. I guess I'm going to have to go without BJJ until it clears up, which is kind of sad. On the other hand, that just means more weightlifting, which brings me closer to my ultimate goal of look like the bastard child of Gackt and the mighty Thor.

Dandruff shampoo will work as an anti-fungal but there are a couple of things that we really need to look at here.
1. you need to be diagnosed
2. if it is fungal and you use a dandruff shampoo beware that you still need to use an antibacterial
