Just not big enough for bodyweight to be substantial. Although pull-ups suck for high reps, haha.

Push ups ? Pull ups ? Chin ups ? HA ! No sweat , my smoker's cardio gives out WAY before muscle failure .

Like I said ... "not that big" my ass . If I remember correctly you were much smaller just a few years ago ... right .

I've been around 200 for a while now. I hung around 185-195 in college.
