This is why you don't mix muzzle brake testing with supressor testing
Yeah, we're running our new muzzle brake/comp on an SBR. I got all giddy because I was shooting a triple NFA gun (commando sized supressed select fire) and when I grabbed our test rifle I forgot to don my ear protection.
Commando sized BL + muzzle brake - hearing protection = ouch.
Wasn't as bad as firing a pistol with no ear protection though.
The brake actually does better than birdcage flashhiders on a regular (14.5" Bls and above) sized barrels.

Ditch the foregrip and get better extension on the support arm.
But that's a fucking cool picture."To sin by silence when one should protest makes cowards out of men".

That rifle was so hastly put together. I only use the foregrip to indext my hand. I actually hate vertical foregrips, but I didn't want to spend the money getting rail covers, and I knew the gun was gonna get hot!
I'll post up videos once I'm done editing.

Goodlun, you're from Ramona? like SD county Ramona?
If you guys are curious about this muzzle brake, I got a bit more info on it on my company's website: www.pdsrifles.com
We shot a few more photos. Photos always make it to the facebook page first. (look up "precision delivery systems")
