    I'm not sure which is worse: That I can recognize which names are Battletech novels at all, or that the reason why I can recognize which ones are is because I've actually read them.

    Oh, the memories that brings back. I used to really enjoy Kenpo, then again we always used compliant training partners so the badassery was all over the studio LOL.

    lol, For a given value of badassery.

    The place I'm at now goes beyond compliant techniques. . . Most of the WaveMasters are half-filled, and one of them is empty. They just go flying all over the place when people try to hit them. There's a lot of stuff like that, which sort of looks good, but is just driving me crazy.

    Well, I haven't done Kenpo since Parker Sr was around, but I recognize the second to last one as "Destructive Twins"...or was that a Battletech Novel too?
