    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    School finally started!

A while back I posted that I found a BJJ School and had to wait for August to end before I could actually go...http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...079&highlight=
Well, August is over and last night I went to school! I was not disappointed. I've watched a lot of MMA over the years and I now have an appreciation for core strength. Holy **** my abs hurt. I have pain all over, but the "warm up" is an ass kicker. For me anyway. It's my understanding that Maestro Stefano was taking it easy because we all just came back from vacation. No problem, I didn't expect to keep up with anyone being an out of shape 47 year old. I did do better than I thought I would though. I'm definitely going back and I'll be putting in my order for a gi. They are a competition team under Fabricio Nascimento's Nova Uniao Italia, so I know I'm getting good training.
What's the best site for a decent affordable gi?

School's back in session? Then who will supply us with threads about if Tony Jaa could beat Anderson Silva in a ladder match?!?

In my experience, Padilla and Sons, Atama and Howard Combat Kimonos tend to be the most affordable while still providing a high quality product.
Shut the hell up and train.

Tony Jaa could beat Anderson Silva in a ladder match. Everyone knows that. Could Hornswoggle take out GSP in a Ladders, Tables, and Chairs match? Hmmm, not so simple.

This was made funny by its mental narration by your avatar.

As was/is intended! (Look at the avatar): So called real combat? In a cage? Bullshit. Set up ladders, tables and chairs, throw in some aluminum steps, chains and a midget...that's real combat. (Look at the avatar)

I like my Kauai Kimonos Ripstop Gi so much i rarely use the others (Atama, Mizuno).
It's also the cheapest one of the bunch.
(Note: It's not legal for all competition.)

Cool, I'll keep that in mind if I get another one! I ordered the Padilla and Sons Gold Weave White: http://www.matrat.us/matrat-store/in...39&portrelay=1
which is on sale. Not too flashy and to me a good gi to start with.
