There was a case like this a couple of years ago where two mothers filmed their toddlers in nappies fighting each other and put it on facebook.

They were both jailed as I remember.

Did a quick google, but the obvious search terms are being swamped by this new story.

Obviously we have no historic data for incidents of this type, but we do have some vague corollary data from Thailand where child fighting is culturally acceptable if not approved.

Makes you wonder how common this kind of thing has been in the past and how much positive progress we have made in making this a rare event.

My folks used to make make my siblings and I box to settle arguments.

We had these crappy "inflatable toy" boxing gloves. Imagine water wings with one end closed off.
