I have been looking at alternatives to whey protein (huge spike in IgE antibodies when I have it)
I have been thinking maybe of doing
60% Beef
30% Peptopro
10% Medium Chain Triglycerides

Is this the site where you mix your own protein? I think Phrost used this before. There's a thread about it already, though I don't think there's much in it besides a good opinion of the product.

I'm a big fan of theirs... having said that, though, I bought the beef protein soup broth stuff, and it was turrible, so I'd recommend buying a sample before you put in a bulk order.

Also, why would you put MCTs in a protein shake?

As far as the MCTs to get some fat into me right after rolling to hold me over till I can get back home and get some real food.

Unless you're on a low-fat diet and rolling around at < 5% body fat, this probably isn't something you need to be concerned with.
