Yeah, I don't really see a problem here. He's forthright about his martial arts background (which suggests a long history of study, but isn't so inflated as to be a red flag), and his art looks like JJJ. He's added in some stuff from his ethnic/cultural background but he's not misrepresenting it as some rare art passed down from the 34th generation grandmaster.
That said, I was sort of meh about the overly-reliant and too-complex techniques, but that's a different discussion. -

!00%. He is another creator that decided too add the "ethnic" flavor to his art. It doesn't make him a fraud or questionable because he ADMITS he created the art.
Heck he actually admits it was created in 2010. Almost all hucksters do not give their original rank and claim it is thousands of years old with slight refinements. -
