A folk style of wrestling where combatants wear several sets of belts for grip. Victory is achieved when one wrestler forces his opponent to touch the ground with any part of body betweenthe elbows and knees.

Well, I think it's more a case of them trying to avoid being taken down, as hands on the ground is not point lost, but elbows etc, are.
