    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Black eye problem

Does anyone know a good method for hiding black eyes?

I'm getting one every fortnight just doing grappling, one glancing knee and I darken up like I should have cooked my girl some eggs.

I work in an office where wearing a Tie and suit is mandatory (in Aussie weather no less) and I'm starting to feel like management is noticing and I'm likely to be passed up for promotion solely due to this.

Currently I'm icing as soon as something happens which helps a lot but not enough to stop it completely. Even considering make up.

    Suggestions are welcome.

Arnica cream used to help me but I don't know if I'd put it near my eye.

Sounds like you could get something in your diet that prevents bruising. Check the website of Doctor Oz. I do believe vitamin K is good for making bruises heal.

That's what your post sounds like. C.sharp has the correct and a doctor visit if it is a new thing. Suddenly bruising easily, if that is what you mean by glancing, may be a sign of a vitamin deficiency or something else.

**** thats probably not a bad idea, I didn't get a single black eye in Muay Thai.

I look like a panda right now, two black eyes from separate training days.

I dunno you'd have to consider knocking it on the head for a while unless you've a fight coming up or something, not worth missing out career wise if it's just recreational training.

I used to get busted up ocassionally striking, but I never got a black eye from grappling. The worst I ever got was some scrapes maybe. What kind of spazzes are you grappling with that you are constantly getting black eyes?

Doesn't seem to be spazzes, equal amount from different belts. BJJ is meant to be the soft art..

Did a blood/urine test today to see if its anything else.

    Are you spazzing?
