Tai chi and wing chun
I want to practice tai chi to help with my stress and bloody pressure. Could anybody recommend a good instructional DVD cuz all the schools near me do classes during the day when ppl would usually b working? My second question is I want to take up wing chun and there is only one school near me http://www.mountainmartialartsacademy.com/ if somebody has time I'd appreciate if they could check this site out and tell me if it's worth my time. It's 20 bucks for each 2 hour class held twice weekly. I know wing chun is Tuesday and Kali/jkd is thursday idk if they train in we on jkd or visa versa but any info you all could give me would be great.

Style: Stick, Taiji, combatives--
You can't learn tai chi from a video. There is another thread on this, here. List the tai chi schools close to you.
Best thing would be to take some private classes, learn the form, then go back occasionally for corrections and further applications. If you can't make it to a regular class.Combatives training log.
