Just a quick vid for a recording I made of my band at practice. Most of the pics are from the MT vs CMA challenges of (I think) 1928. Bobyclumbsyninja sometimes plays with us...

I dig the low-fi sound but this sounds like it was recorded on a single mike.

also, how many drum mikes are you using?
What's your setup? I hear no bass whatsoever.

Your singer is pretty wicked though, good voice.

Just a single mike in our drummer's living room. The guy does have a wicked good voice :)

I haven't been around for a bit mostly because I haven't been training, so there's not much to talk about.

I had the bass down pretty low because we were literally in the drummer's house... just using a 30W practice amp, but yes... it's pretty quiet on the recording, especially for Reggay

I did one other one from that day where you can hear me (a little) better

I know...I love that! Even in a still picture it can be seen that I'm a terrible grappler.

Also, since we're posting videos of music on this thread, I'll just leave these here. These are two vids from a show I played last night, taken from a handheld, so, you know... Sorry about the crappy camera work in the first one..the person taking it was having to hold it over her head.

(I'm the one playing bass and singing, for those who don't know me)

Haha, combined with my listening for the kick, your playing was so low I didn't think there was a bassist at first.

If you're not pissing someone off, it's not rock and roll.
