    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Why oh why.

So I was posting on a gaming forum posting about fitness stuff and the spartacus workout and there was some general posts from people about what they did fitness wise then someone chipped in with this.

"Strength is over-rated The bigger the muscles the more energy required to run them and the slower you are. As long as you can bench your body weight thats all the strength you need. Im a first Dan in Sanshinkai Karate and have a brown belt in jujitsu, Im not all ripped but I can put my hand through 10 inches of concrete and my foot through alot more than that. The only bones in the human body stronger than concrete is the femur and that little bone in the wrist (directly below your pinky, right above your wrist where it bends, cant remember the name) so you do the math Its all about the cardio, thats why you never see HUGE ripped MMA fighters, they are very lean but not overly big, the ones that are suck wind before the 2nd round. Must have balance with STR - END ......like a Sith Warrior HUZZAH! ^__^ "

Hurrah! I can follow up low content threat with low content video. Specifically, it's on topic because you mentioned videogames.

Kinect Self Defence from that ninja transsexual we're all secretly aroused by.

She went into a neck snap that only works in professional wrestling. Seriously, I have never seen that **** outside of Pro wrestling. What type of Karate is this again?
