Grace Appreciation Thread and Contest

So she's been posted a few times but I'm not sure she has her own thread. Martial application aside I think we can all agree there are a couple of BIG things to appreciate about Grace. Oh yeah the contest part: I challenge you to find anyone as hot and seemingly fun providing "martial arts" tips.

When I saw this thread title my first thought was a mispelled Gracie appreciation thread. Then my next thought was a Jesus salvation through Grace appreciation thread. I'm glad to be disappointed twice.

I thought it was going to be videos of bullies demonstrating martial grace while actively dismantling their opponents.

Like the time WS broke Kintanon's arm. Stuff like that.

I'm not sure big breasts bouncing on a brunette is a sufficient balm for my disappointment.

This is what I was thinking too. I was gonna try to dig up a Dog Brothers video of a guy with a three sectional staff actually kicking some ass in stickfighting.
