Probably - but there isn't...

I wonder if the bloke who invented Synthol ever envisioned that there would be guys seriously using it to add four inches to their arms, or injecting 200cc of the stuff into each pec - and thinking that it looked good?

Since your "ladiespleaser" is a pump and not a muscle it would mix immediatly with your blood.
So if Synthol is thinner than blood it will reach every internal organ...don't know what the effects will be, but it won't be good.
If Synthol is thicker than blood, you can go the hospital and have the doctors use a syringe (with needle) to play darts on your erection so that they can remove all the Synthol.

Na, it *is* for bodybuilders. It's intended to fix small imperfections in symmetry (say if you have a bit that goes in when you want it to be smooth, or stick out, like it does on the other side). I don't think that it was ever envisioned that silly people would create their entire physiques out of it...

Synthol is (apparently) a formula of medium-chain triglycerides. You don't want large globs of that getting into your bloodstream and travelling around your body. I believe that people have actually died after mistakenly mainlining the stuff.
