What's not cool is the $200 tax stamp and ATF sign-off needed to actually own it without threat of losing your anal virginity.

I don't think this was ever put into production but was intended as more of a technology demonstrator.

The FMG9 has far more of a purpose over the RONI in my opinion, the more I think about the RONI the more I'm convinced you should just buy a dedicated SMG for the obvious cost implications - as Phrost indicates.

I echo the previous posts. If I am going to spend the additional $$$ for my Tax stamp and go through the headache getting something in that classification, I want something better than that to play with.

Besides, I can get this( http://www.mechtechsys.com/ ) and I don't need to pay the extras to have it.

Maybe I'm getting more into guns that I thought I would, but I think that's damn cool. I would be very interested to find out what the Canadian government thinks of that with regard to the Firearms Act and Criminal Code (I hope to move to Montréal one day [the accent is there to help me remember French spelling]).

If anyone wants to give me about $800, I'd be glad to report how it works with my 1911!

Fortunately; for most of the people who post around here, it seems that's not a legit concern anymore....when you consider some of the fights they've been in involved in, dealings with lawyers they've been involved with, employers they've been involved with, crazy exes they've been involved with, and yes...the occasional Brazilian She-Male that they've been involved with. Compare that to a screwing by the ATF, it might not seem so bad anymore. LOL

Yeah, that really loud clicking and large sillohuette is super stealthy. You totally wont get blasted thru the wall of that house you're in.

Oh, youre dynamic/loud? Still trying to engage a room of hostiles using a pistol with your only cover being a residential wall.

Seems like quick room entries and/or shields would still win out in most situations.

Same with the smg addon. Is it really going to help your accuracy/stability that much? And if you do need that extra range, wouldnt a carbine be better than a pistol?
