Kind of late with these videos, but we did an instructional on one of my absolute favorite punches that I have learned from the man. Coach Omega, or COMRADE OMEGA, is here teaching the looping jab, something that I have begun utilizing. This is not for beginners, it requires a little bit of and understanding of head movement and timing.

Omega on that second technique what do you think about posting on the face or jabbing to keep them away instead of posting on the shoulder?

Pushing off the shoulder is a better habit by my experience. Some guys will wade through a jab just to keep the leg.

I have. I was just a little malnourished and tired that day. This was done at around 8pm at night after every class was over.
