    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Jennifer Aniston and the "Budokon"

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...Decker-23.html

Well, I started reading this article because I remember thinking Jennifer Aniston was cute when Friends was on TV, and she still doesn't look too bad. But then I scrolled down and saw this.

She has flown her personal trainer Mandy Ingber over to the island to help her get in shape.

The pair see one another five times a week for punishing 80-minute gym routines that include yoga, martial arts and running.

As well as power-walking twice a day, Miss Aniston is said to be a fan of Budokon - a martial art-based exercise
So I thought, "Is that whitey for 'Budokan'"? So after some Google-fu I found this:

    http://www.budokon.com/

The creator, Cameron Shane says this of his system (which looks like XMA)

I dunno where the **** I'm going with this thread, I just find it fucking hilarious that this exists.

And also just as funny that Jennifer Aniston still looks good.

    I'm tempted to say :englishmo

Well, he's definitely mastered the art of spouting crap and making it sound superficially profound.

well, by seeing this DVD promo, Budokon seems like ashanta yoga mixed with kung fu.

probably an excellent overall body workout, and a poor martial art. once again
